How to install the drivers for Windows :
1. Download the driver, for link download see below
2. Make sure the printer usb cable uplugged from laptop or computer
3. Open the file has been downloaded, extract file that already download
4. Plugged usb cable to laptop or computer, and wait for detecting hardware
5. If the process requires a drivers file, navigate to the file that we extract (match the language that you use)
6. When all proces done doing test print
7. If test print is not a problem, then we have succeeded driver installation
